Color accuracy of the new NDS board

I'm wondering if the colors are more accurate on the USB-C soldered board for the NDS (uses true 18-bit color), or if they're the same as the old board. I've read here that the colors on the old board aren't accurate, so I'm wondering if this has been fixed.

Both versions work exactly the same.
