Did you install it yourself? (I think so, guessing from your email address)
Does the DS work ok on its own?
Does USB lose connection?

Test on a different USB port / USB cable / different PC if you can. If that doesn't change anything, I'd suspect it's a connection problem somewhere. Go over the soldering again and retest it.

Yeah, I went over with all the soldering. The debugging feature works beautifully. Tested it out with my friend's pc. It still didn't work. The display just won't stay on. It just flashes.

Can I send it back? Have it (capture card) checked?
