I downloaded the updated software and I can't even get past the Device Firmware Update this time around. I've redownloaded the drivers and the DirectX installer and still can't get past it. Is there something else I must be doing wrong?

I'm not sure what's wrong. I made a few changes and made it print more debug info, try the new version.

Another update, stability improvements. I fixed the case where the capture board becomes unresponsive after closing/reopening the software several times.

Huh, now I had the firmware update error that KingdomXIII mentioned. Decided to then run as admin, and while the program started (without getting the new firmware), it opens at least, to black screens. Now I'm just getting black screens. And going back to 3ds_capture_20221223 doesn't do anything either...

Tested a few of the methods of trying to get the software to hang by closing any of the windows in any order. During 3ds startup, while on, while shutting down, and off. Software seems to close and reopen every time now with no issues. Thanks loopy!

It seems like the important stuff is all working. Unless anything else comes up, I think I'll put the rest of these up for sale starting next year.
