I found another issue: If I'm recording and I minimize or restore the preview window, the program drops a few frames. An immediate way to see the drop is to watch the average FPS counter. It will dip down, then climb back up.
The same thing happens when I move the main window around.

No complaints from me, everything seems to be working fine. Did a stream the other night playing Super Mario 3D Land for around 3.5 hours and the only issue I had was EXTREMELY occasional frame hitches, though those are likely down to the weird half 3ds refresh rate my stream was targeting. I'm like super anal about keeping refresh rates matched lol.

I can also report that the card is working well. Aside from what I've posted about, the only problem is that the connection between the card and the cable seems to be easily disrupted. If I want to put the 3DS down while recording, I have to set it down very gently or else the video and audio will cut out. It helps to keep an eye on the FPS counter while recording; if it drops below 30, then I restart the program. However, as long as I keep the 3DS in about the same position, the card works fine.

Sorry I've been quiet, haven't had any issues until now. Updated to the 5.0 release and updated the firmware and now my 3DS Capture program has messed up colors since the firmware update. Looks fine on the 3DS Proper, but the capture windows look really bad. It's only the top screen too. Anyone else getting issues like this?

You're not the first. I haven't seen it here, but it looks like I broke something. I'll get a fix out soon.

Glad, well not really, I'm not the only one that has happened to. Thanks for all you do, will wait for the new firmware update then before I continue with Robobot.

Alright, so I finally got around to doing a small play session with my 3DS and it went just fine. I just did a little test with OBS and recorded about 45 minutes of footage with Brain Age Concentration Training. Problem is that my main video editor, Vegas, seems to think that the footage is in black and white while every other software I have has no trouble with seeing the color, including Adobe Premiere. I'm not sure why this is.

Used to use Vegas myself and would have nothing but problems with the footage recorded straight from the program. It would mess with the framerate when rendering for the original 3DS capture cards.

Works perfectly now. Thanks Loopy.
