Black screen on 3DS Capture software

Hi, I got my Capture board about 2 years ago around this time. Now when I plug in my 3DS to my computer, I get a connected sound from my computer, but the output is black. Screen on the 3DS works fine, but no output. Have tried different cables and different USB ports on my computer and installing the drivers, but nothing works.

Is there anything else I can try to troubleshoot, or do I have to send it to be repaired. If I do, how would I go about that and how much would the repair cost?

i littlerly having the same issue right now i havnt touched the 3ds in a while and i havnt done anything to it its been in my cabinat on my desk. is there any fix or does the board just break after 2 years

im on 5.0 and its still black and i cant find the update menu and its says its not connected when it is.

Oh, you said you checked the driver. Might be worth trying to uninstall / delete / reinstall anyway.
What does it show up as in Device Manager?

it did i uninstalled and plued it back in and works fine now

It works again, that might've been the fix for me, but I did have to reinstall windows a couple nights ago, and lost all my previous drivers in the process, but I'll keep this in mind in case the issue happens to come up again.

But while I'm here, if I do ever need to get my board repaired, what would that look like and what would the approx. price be? If that's a question you have an answer for, of course.
