Latest Possible Arrival of New 3DS XL Capture Card

I know I shouldn't rush Neal or anything like that, but I need to ask this as I am going on vacation in the middle of July. If I choose to order this capture card today, when is the latest I will get it by? Thanks in advance.

Best advice I think is to just put a note in your package stating that if it is a certain date by the time he gets to yours, for him to hold off on shipping it back until whatever date it is you return from vacation and are ready to receive the package.

If I may, I'm also going on vacation. I'll be leaving on June 28th, so if mine is not able to be delivered before then, would you be able to hold it for a week after the 28th and then ship it then? Thanks, Loopy! Really appreciate your work!
