I don't have a way for you to look up individual orders, but I'll keep this thread updated so you can get some idea of where you're at in the queue. Systems are being worked on in the order they arrive.

I'm more or less caught up on orders now. Turnaround time for both DS and 3DS installs is about 1 week.

Nope! I actually called Loopy before I sent my 3ds out, and asked him a few questions, including this one! Its also OK to not send the battery.

As long as the system can start up. Sometimes CFW needs the SD card to boot. If I can't turn it on, I can't test it.

The SD card thing isn't THAT big of a deal, I just prefer to minimize the risk of something getting lost / misplaced. And anything you send me that isn't a 3DS is just extra stuff I don't need that you're making me ship back to you.

Whoops, sorry about the protective case on mine - I was looking at it as basically extra insurance against in-transit damage, but didn't really consider that it was going to be something else to have to juggle.
