3DS Capture Broken.

Does Loopy still repair? Is the address listed still correct and active if I send it?

I haven't used this site in many years so Im not sure how up to date it is. But my capture card has been slowing dying and I didn't even know it. It would randomly disconnect and I thought it was an old wire. But the board finally just gave out regardless of a new or old wire.

If the answers to these questions are yes. Then I ask this. I'm on vacation in the USA at moment visiting my GF and have the 3DS with me. If I send it to Loopy from this location will he send it back to my actual home in Canada? Or will he only send it back to the sending address?
