Will dead pixels cast?

I’m planning on getting the original ds modded however the one I received from the seller which the eBay seller do not mention is it has dead pixels it’s like a slight flurry of them makes it kinda look like snowflakes however it does not really bother me if I were to get the capture mod will those dead pixels cast to my computer screen sorry if this a stupid question I am a stupid person
