My N3DSXL dont have sound

Hello, today I finally have my N3DSXL capturer ready but I was surprised that when I opened the program it does not play any audio, I already installed runtime and did everything that is in the FAQ forum and it still does not provide audio Has anyone had the same problem and solved it?

No, a technician installed it, but on his computer it worked well, I didn't use it after the test for about 1 month, and now that I try it on my PC I can't hear anything, the 3ds is sounding perfect so I think that Is it something on the board or some bad configuration?

Most likely a soldering issue.

I would say the same to bossrunner but apparently it was tested and worked before? Maybe try it on a different computer.

I sent the console to the technician who installed the capture device and apparently everything is well connected. I sent it to another modder and he said the same thing, I think it's a mistake on the part of the capturer itself, I never dropped it or abused it in any way. Something else could be the software but I already tried previous versions and it has no image or sound. Any idea what else it could be?
