Error 464 when connecting New 3DS to PC

Hello,

Yesterday everything was fine but today when I connect New 3DS to PC with running 3DS Capture app (latest version, re-downloaded it just now) it says "Device firmware needs to be updated. Push Start to begin".
When you press start it fails with error 464. Running the app as admin does not help. Nothing has been changed on my PC - no updates, etc.

Does somebody know anything about it?

UP: tried another PC - same problem. Is it related to some online changes on server side or capture card died?

Nope. In this version in debug it says:

And when you hit the Start button the error code is "-1" and in logs:

Ah. Of course it would.
I made some changes, see if it works better. If it fails, you can keep trying it but close the program and reconnect rather than use the "Retry" button.

I'll keep leaving the latest test versions on the changelog page.

Nothing at all, had 50+ attempts.
Once it did not throw the "Update" screen but still showed the black screen (Not connected) and during plugin/unplugin USB it was this in the logs:

Replacing capture board with another one did help.
