help, my 3ds capture app keeps changing to ds capture app

yeah i have a ds capture card and 3ds capture card but recently, my apps keep switching to ds capture app to matter what im so confused and I need help.

Is the DS plugged in? The same software works with both DS and 3DS. It will try to connect to whatever it finds.

no, but it just fixed itself, it pushed a firmware update and now its all good
