Question about 3ds capture.exe

Does anybody have an intel arc card and tried opening the app to see if it opens for you?


But if I disable my gpu it works fine

I can probably try this on my server PC later. I haven't tried it on that PC, but it's running an Intel Arc A380 so I might at least be able to give you one extra data point

Yeh I have Intel Arc 750, seems the software is not supported and it will crash when opening the app. I installed my Nividia 1080ti back into my PC and the software works as expected.

Interesting. I'll pick up an Arc card and figure out what's going on.

Works fine for me on a A380. Looks like I'll have to try a 750 now...

Also tried on a Arc A750, works fine here (Windows 11).
I'm not sure what to tell you.
