My N3DSXL will not turn on after installing capture card

I did not find a thread about this, so I am assuming maybe I did something wrong

what happens its before it lights up it stays blank for a moment then it makes a sound like an old school TV just turned on, I am worndering What should I check

I originally tried to isntall the wires to get USB charging, I removed them after getting this issue, has not made difference

I do not know if i should check of certain contacts or something

I think i messed up that port because I cannot get it to stay
