3DS Capture card not connecting

Was originally not having any problems but now the computer does not recognize any connected device when plugging in the capture card, Its an original 3DS. I've reinstalled the drivers with no errors and several USB ports but the 3DS Capture software just shows "not connected". The 3DS does play just fine. Any suggestions?

Just tried a different computer, and different cables. still no luck.

It's probably just worn out, you can send it back and get the USB connector replaced.

Thanks for the quick response. I have a suspicion that its not the USB port but I'd love to send it in to be looked at. I'll reach out directly to talk. Thanks again!
