DS Capture Not Capturing Video But Still Charging

I've been trying to troubleshoot this problem I've had for awhile. My capture card out of the blue stopped capturing the video of the DS Capture Card even though it does charge through the USB hooked into the DS. I tried changing different ports, updating DS Capture. and every other way I could find but I'm not 100% sure on a solution as of right now. I do have another one I've been using that works fine with the same cords and everything so I'm unsure what to do at this point. Any help would be super awesome!

If you have another one that works, then it's clearly not a software issue.
I'll take a look at it if you want to send it back. Or I can send out a replacement board if that's easier.
