Unsure if I should send my 3ds in

One of the screws to get into the back on my 3ds is heavily stripped and I in no way shape or form can get it out. I worry if i send it in to loopy he wouldn’t be able to install my capture card. I really need the capture card done to work on a project with a friend and I worry it would cause issues.

I have a new 3ds XL if that matters at all

I can take out stripped screws, it's no problem.
