3DS Detected by Windows, Capture Device Not Found

Hi,

I just got my N3DSXL back today and installed the drivers in Windows 10. Windows detects the 3DS in connected devices (N3DSXL.2), but the software says "Capture device not found". Is there anything that I'm missing? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
