3DS capture software error "MSVCR100.dll was not found"

Hello,

I need technical support, I am trying to run the 3DS capture software but its not working for me I am getting this error code whenever I try to run 3ds_capture.exe "The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCR100.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem" But I never installed the program to begin with cause I keep getting this error.

I am running windows 11.

Thanks that fixed it, and i was able to run the program, volume slider was greyed out, but then i installed directX runtime and that fixed it. I also installed the driver for n3DS XL.

But now I have another porblem, I'm always seeing a black screen and it says "not connected" even though my 3ds is connected via USB C.

What else can I do?

Can you see it in Device Manager? Does your computer recognize that it's plugged in? (Does it make the USB connect sound?)

No USB sound though, maybe thats not a thing in windows 11? sorry i think earlier i said im using windows 10? I am actually on windows 11

edit: yeah my bad earlier i said im running windows 10, i will edit that initial post as well.

That looks like a driver problem to me.
Check the details on the device, what kind of error does it show?

I already tried reinstalling the driver, more than once actually, do you know if its compatible with windows 11?
