Troubleshooting

Post by ルミニイ » Thu Apr 04, 2024 2:03 am

Hello! I testested my 3ds when I got done soldering the audio in and when I turned it on there was lots of drifting I thought it was fine and continued on but it still doing the drifting after finishing everything. It won’t even pick up the circle pad movement. Only way to stop it is to push the left side of the d pad down. It starts again as soon as you let go. I tried recalibrating the circle pad and it doesn’t work. Do you have any idea why this is happening and how I can fix it? I did clean out the d pad but that didn’t help. Nothing seemed to work.(OvO)

Hard to say for sure without looking at it. My guess is either the connector, or the cable for the circle pad is damaged.
