About 2 weeks, I'd guess. Maybe a little less.
I've been sending around 5-8 per day. Some take longer to install than others so it varies from day to day.

I don't know. End of next week, maybe.

Sorry, I don't know exactly when a particular order will go out. The further down the list it is, the less certain I am. As I said, it varies from day to day. Assume maybe 30-35 go out in a week, and you can guess from there as well as I can.

(I don't care either way, TBH. The way things are now though, you aren't likely to get it back sooner by sending it right away so you might as well wait, just to be safe)
