R shoulder button going bad
just out of curiosity, but what should one do when the buttons start becoming unresponsive? considering its a modded system, i dont think nintendo would really fix this would they? what kind of options do i have if the buttons not working 50% of the time?

Blowing into it is always a short-term option, but it would be better to use a short burst of compressed air to avoid potential fluid damage from blowing.

Nintendo will not help on that, as it is a modded device! But this is a pretty simple fix, just get the replacement parts and swap them.

thanks for the images, it took a couple days, but the new buttons i ordered came in. i managed the replace the buttons, though they are a bit crunchy compared to before. at least it now works 100% of the time instead of almost never.
i was initially afraid of ruining the board since the hole for the cable was a reverse 7 slant cut through, but it slid out easily enough.
