XL first. I haven't decided yet if n2DS or n3DS is next. Either way, the other models should come fairly quickly since it's just a change in form factor, no other design work needs to be done.

regular n3ds board would be a dream come true, i would pick that up immediately. i don't want to abandon my n3ds for a model i don't prefer, the n3ds is way too nice.

I'll agree with Nano on this front. Have had the normal sized American n3ds since the Isabelle Happy Home Designer bundle came out. Never liked the XL size even back in the DSi days. Really looking forward to 3DS capture hardware being an obtainable thing again. :D

does the 3ds work okay without the card reader daughterboard installed? or is it being made to behave with that through CFW? i have some ideas for how i could use that space...

Yes, you can remove it without any negative effects.

I may really consider getting in touch with you to see if you can mod my New 3DS XL. With what's happening and the like, I figure an investment may be needed.

I think we need to at least wait until loopy says he finishes the project, orders the boards, and lists them on the storefront before anyone can purchase his modding services…
