Also one more thing, my New 3DS XL has a weird Circle Pad unsure whats wrong but it runs fine outside of that.

So a few years ago my circle pad got jammed and I was confused then it started working again but it doesn't make a full circle motion, its like something stops it from fully going left. Also I will be sending it out ASAP.

This is pretty typical procedure. You'll get a notification through PayPal when he sends it back to you with the shipping info, and that's all in most cases

As someone who has had multiple consoles send in at various times, that's been my experience in all of them. But he reliably gets them and will get them back to you in good order
