audio over usb - I've been wanting this since you first sold me the card. I didn't think it'd take you that long to implement, but I understand the demand for these cards has been very high - which must be very time consuming.

Every board ordered is a couple more hours I can't work on something else. I'm tempted to stop selling things for a few months so I can get other things done. That might upset a lot of people though I suppose it's a "good" problem to have, it's good money but it would be nice if things slowed down for a while.

Because many computers (especially but not only laptops) do not have line-in ports. Some also only have half assed ones. It's just a very annoying process.

Indeed, I'd love to make Videos on my Tablet.
However, these are currently only Videos without Audio.

Have you ever thought about getting someone in to help you with installations (even if its only for a few of months), that way you can work on other things like audio over USB and 3DS XL capture boards. This way your cash flow will only drop by the amount you pay your worker, and you can get some of these other things finished.
As you said, its a good problem to have but it sounds like your product has become so popular that the only way it will slow down is to do something like what you suggested in halting sales for a few months. Which I am all for either way since I want a 3DS XL capture, but I am a bit biased as I have already got at least a normal 3DS capture board.

EDIT:
on a side note, I would also like to see a WiiU gamepad capture board,
although signs of this being possible over a Wifi connection maybe possible

Usually Mic-In ports work just as well. Only problem is the sound will be mono instead of stereo. But yeah, if Loopy does have time, I think it would be best if he could try to implement USB Audio capture.
