Hmm. I'm not sure how to quantify that. It's simpler than the katsukity n3DS boards. Some case cutting of course. Minimal amount of soldering, but it is fine detail work, not recommended for newbies. I haven't had enough practice yet to estimate how long it takes. I'll throw together an install guide when I have all the final parts here.

Yes, I think so. Unless the case has been cut up in a way that makes it difficult? I don't have one to compare, but I doubt it'll be a problem.

Amazing to hear that progress is moving especially with 3DS capture stuff slowing down. Cant wait to be one of the first to pick one up!

Is there an ETA yet on when these boards will be available and for how much? I've been waiting to get a 3DS capture unit for years now

Im also interested to know a ETA but also, at the same time, I still have questions:

- We will need to sent our 3ds so you can install the capture card or is the same as DS, where theres a self installation kit and the sending to you option?

ETA - in about a month. Limited availability.
Because it's the first batch of boards, I'm not making as many, in case I run into unexpected problems that need fixing (also ongoing supply issues).

Is it possible to buy a kit?

I have the micro soldering equipment to do an installation by myself !
