Katsukity 3DS XL order

am i the only one waiting for a 3dsxl capture card kit from Katsukity? i placed and paid my order on the 25th of december. its been almost a month. please tell me im not the only 1

Don't order from him. The only capture kit he got right was the one for the GamePad. Also, the old XL is being discontinued very soon, so you'll be spending $200+ for an outdated console when everyone else has moved on. If you can, cancel and wait for the New XL capture. (from loopy)

now they say i cannot cancel order now this is what Katsukity sent me

"Unfortunately, we cannot cancel your order as the license of the software and the hardware have already been reserved when you ordered.

We will assemble your kit as soon as we can. We will send you a notification message with a tracking number when we ship your kit."

what to do now?

Wow. That's some bullshit right there ... you can't cancel an order? That's the first time I've heard THAT policy from him. How was it paid for? Paypal? Credit card? Maybe you can dispute the payment or do a chargeback.

ya thats what i said. should i dispute it? i paid with paypal credit. i just purchased someoens 3dsxl capture card on ebay cause i can not wait any longer. what should i do loopy?

Take it up with paypal. Look up the transaction, open up a dispute and say you didn't get what you ordered.

If it doesn't let you reopen the dispute, I'd just contact paypal directly - go through their regular customer support and explain it.

.. I'm sure they'll let you dispute it. You just need to talk to a human to get it sorted out, since their automated dispute process is probably messed up now that you've closed it.
