Re: Sooooo.....
I currently use NTR CFW and want to speedrun 3ds games, but NTR CFW is banned on the leaderboards because of inconsistent loading times. It's also been buggy, which is why I want to get a capture board hopefully soon.

Get creative? I'm always reminded of this dude, who rigged some kind of pen & tape setup and was playing as fast as he always did. And this was 12 years ago.AaronS6799 wrote: ↑Mon Nov 04, 2019 11:03 pmI can't do that with my setup as I have no roommontejeu wrote: ↑Mon Nov 04, 2019 10:57 pmJust point a camera at the 3ds and play the gameAaronS6799 wrote: ↑Mon Nov 04, 2019 9:01 pmI currently use NTR CFW and want to speedrun 3ds games, but NTR CFW is banned on the leaderboards because of inconsistent loading times. I have to imagine this is only easier with today's thinner, lighter smartphones. Cheap flexible wire phone grip perhaps.I took the ink out of four pens. Then I taped the ends to my DS and taped the other side to my digital camera.

Very excited for them to go on sale and happy to see you working on 3DS capture again, Loopy. Been keeping an eye on here for a long time and was sad when I finally had the chance to get one, only to find out no one was going to be making anymore (at the time at least when Katsukeity went down) lol. So you got a customer right here whenever they're ready. I'll even be willing to run tests, give feedback, show support and help direct people to here whenever they're in the market to get one (via forums, and when I stream to Twitch).

Re: Sooooo.....
LOL, same. I know some friends on Twitch who would love to get their 3DSs/2DSs modded for streaming. I'll spread the word when these capture cards go on sale!

Re: Sooooo.....
If you're looking for the og modded 3DS, it'll likely be the cost of the board + installation + cost of a pre-owned 3DS, if he chooses to offer pre-installed ones at all. Going off of that, approximately $300? $350? Board + installation alone was about $199-250. But that's really for Loopy to decide whenever he has stock available, and there's no real point in speculation at this time.
Re: Sooooo.....
I don't know about premodded systems. I'd prefer not to. I used to, back when you could still get them new. Now it's a hassle, chasing down used systems and making sure they're in good condition.
Like with DS installs, if you don't have one already you can always order a system on your own and have it directly shipped to me.

Re: Sooooo.....
Are you able to have people ship og 3ds systems out at the moment? And how much if you are? I understand if you are not as you're working on newer stuff.loopy wrote: ↑Fri Nov 08, 2019 9:22 pmI don't know about premodded systems. I'd prefer not to.
