Flickering Screens
I've recently installed Windows 8.1 Pro on my computer, and I got through installing everything that I needed to back onto my new operating system including the 3DS capture software. I downloaded your new test version of the 3DS capture board software with USB audio, I've noticed that the screens that were being displayed by the capture software was flickering and glitching up all over the place, and this was before I started capturing anything. When I started capturing, it was still flickering. How can I get this whole flickering issue resolved? I would like to make some DS and 3DS let's plays somewhere down the road, but I can't do that with this flickering stuff going on!

Re: Flickering Screens
I have the same issue.
Download and Run this:
http://3dscapture.com/tmp/3ds_capture20130524.zip
Then update your driver.
Then do the same with this:
http://3dscapture.com/3ds_capture.2.11.zip
You can't record with the new audio version though until Loopy fixes some issues but this gets rid of the flickering.

Or just use this instead: http://3dscapture.com/3ds_capture.2.12.zip
It'll restore your old firmware. You don't need to mess with your driver.
That's why it's a test version, there's still some bugs to work out

Re: Flickering Screens
Thanks, I was referring to when the driver warning appears when you plug in he 3DS with the program on.

Re: Flickering Screens
Thank you Loopy! This fixed the flickering completely, and I can now think about future Let's Plays on the 3DS again! I hope that the bugs get worked out on the USB audio thing soon!loopy wrote:Or just use this instead: http://3dscapture.com/3ds_capture.2.12.zip

It should be fixed now, give it another try. viewtopic.php?f=3&t=1534DrunkGoomba1645 wrote: Thank you Loopy! This fixed the flickering completely, and I can now think about future Let's Plays on the 3DS again! I hope that the bugs get worked out on the USB audio thing soon!

Re: Flickering Screens
I gave the USB audio program another shot and the same exact thing happened as before: Flickering screens and it crashed as soon as I tried to start it a second time. Thankfully, I was able to restore the previous firmware with the latest public release of your software.loopy wrote:It should be fixed now, give it another try. viewtopic.php?f=3&t=1534
If you really did fix this issue, can you provide me with a different link to the USB audio software? It seemed like when I went back to the topic you've pointed me to, it gave me the same exact download link as last time when I tried the USB audio software.

Re: Flickering Screens
The new .exe should be named audiotest1 (old one was test0).

I've tried downloading it again, and I'm still having the same problems as mentioned above.loopy wrote:The new .exe should be named audiotest1 (old one was test0).
